Operations Manager – Detail Dawgs
Location: Athens, GA
Compensation: Competitive base salary + performance bonus
About Us:
Detail Dawgs is a premium automotive appearance company specializing in ceramic coatings, paint correction, detailing, and paint protection services.
We're looking for an Operations Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day business while the owner focuses on growing the company.
This is not a typical detailing position. You'll be responsible for leading the team, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and ensuring the business runs efficiently every day.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage technicians.
- Schedule jobs and optimize routes.
- Ensure every vehicle meets company quality standards.
- Handle customer communication and resolve issues.
- Hire, train, and develop team members.
- Maintain inventory and equipment.
- Monitor daily revenue and job profitability.
- Improve efficiency and operating procedures.
- Hold the team accountable to performance standards.
- Report weekly KPIs to the owner.

Qualifications:
- Previous management or leadership experience.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication.
- Ability to solve problems independently.
- Valid driver's license.
- Experience in automotive detailing, service businesses, or automotive management preferred.
